We are seeking an experienced People Operations Partner hybrid in Carugate on a Fixed Term basis to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while delivering exceptional employee experiences acrossItaly and the Nordics. This role is responsible for managing HR operations processes, employee transactions, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, case management, and employee support activities. The successful candidate will provide service-oriented support across the employee lifecycle while taking ownership of more complex HR processes and a broader regional scope. This role applies strong working knowledge of HR operations to manage core processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support more efficient, consistent service delivery.
