Recordati in Milano seeks an HR Associate to support HR processes across Italy for Specialty&Primary Care and Rare Diseases. You will work with managers and employees to ensure smooth employee lifecycle activities in an international pharmaceutical setting.

Ideal candidates have ~3 years of HR experience, familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus), and solid data reporting skills. Fluency in English is required; travel up to 20% is possible.

• Around 3 years HR experience in international, matrix organizations.
• Experience with HR systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Good analytical skills and data reporting capabilities.

• Coordinate recruitment activities and internship programs with educators and agencies.
• Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR systems quality.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce data analysis and related documentation.
• Liaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders on payroll activities.
• Assist in performance management, learning, engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support HR projects, HRIS enhancements and data management.
• Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs.
