Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end global payroll projects for clients in a hands-on, client-facing role in Italy. You will define payroll processes, configure systems, and ensure on-time, on-budget rollouts while coordinating with HR and Finance teams across countries.

You will manage data migration, testing, change management, and go-live activities, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor laws and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Competenze

• 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance for designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience; PMP or similar certification a plus.

In this role you drive the end-to-end implementation and data migration of Deel’s global payroll for clients. You will lead onboarding, define payroll processes, configure systems, and ensure a smooth go-live with strong client interaction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage scope, and deliver on time and budget. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position that shapes how customers scale payroll across multiple countries.
