Deel is seeking an Operations Manager to own automation and AI-driven improvements across its global payroll processes. You will design, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading multi-workstream projects and collaborating with engineering, product, and ops teams to close gaps and improve efficiency at scale.

This hands-on role rewards proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape AI-enabled payroll on a world-spanning platform.

As Operations Manager, you will own automation and AI-driven improvements across Deel’s global payroll processes. You’ll build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to fix gaps, surface leadership‑ready insights, and drive efficiency at scale.
