CloudPay Italy is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist focused on Italian payroll to join our growing team. You will handle operational processing of payrolls and collaborate with CloudPay's global payroll operations teams.

In this role, you will ensure payroll accuracy and manage payroll-related information across client engagements, supporting knowledge transfers and system validations while maintaining compliance and timely payments.

Competenze

• Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.
• Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office – Excel and Word.
• Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload.
• Strong Italian and English languages skills required.

• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations.
• Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully.

What Makes This Role Exciting

Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay global payroll operations teams.

In this operational capacity, the Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and all payroll-related information.
