You must be experienced, meticulous, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and public holidays, upholding strict hygiene standards while collaborating with a diverse team across venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong mastery of pastry techniques and equipment.
• Organized, efficient and passionate about gastronomy.
• Meticulous in following procedures and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary ingredients and bases.
• Execute recipes following technical sheets.
• Prepare desserts according to the menu and special orders.
• Check preparations (tasting, analysis, and adjustments).
• Store ingredients following the establishment’s prescribed methods.
• Receive and verify deliveries, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Apply current hygiene and safety regulations.
• Wear professional attire in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
