Job summary

Experimental Roma, a luxury hospitality destination, is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to oversee dessert service across its award-winning venues in Rome. You will lead a talented pastry team, ensure outstanding plated desserts, and drive menu innovation while upholding HACCP and cost controls.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with kitchens and suppliers, and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation in a dynamic, cosmopolitan setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated in pastry arts with significant experience in luxury establishments.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and unite a team.
• Excellent management skills including cost control, data analysis and productivity optimization.
• Autonomous, adaptable, highly organized, with initiative and hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in discovering and tasting new desserts.
• Support updating menus and creating new desserts meeting quality standards.
