Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of pastry techniques, products and equipment.
• Well-organized and efficient with a passion for gastronomy.
• Meticulous in following procedures and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary ingredients and bases.
• Execute recipes following technical sheets.
• Prepare desserts according to menu and special orders.
• Check preparations with tasting, analysis, and adjustments.
• Store ingredients per established methods.
• Receive and verify deliveries for quality and quantity.
• Apply current hygiene and safety regulations.
• Wear professional attire per hygiene standards.
