Experimental Roma is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie (M/F) to join its vibrant kitchen team in Rome. You will prepare desserts, execute recipes from technical sheets, and ensure quality and presentation align with the Experimental standards.

• Execute recipes following technical sheets.

• Check preparations (tasting, analysis, and adjustments).

• Receive and verify deliveries, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Apply current hygiene and safety regulations.
• Wear professional attire in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Pastry Chef de Partie (M/F), your responsibilities will include:

You are meticulous in following procedures and technical sheets and have a solid understanding of hygiene standards.

You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
