Job summary

Unobravo is seeking a Mid-Level Paid Social Manager to own day-to-day channel performance in Milan. You will drive execution across Meta and TikTok with a focus on efficient CAC and high-quality conversions, reporting to the Paid Social Manager.

You'll apply an AI-first approach to automate workflows, run experimentation to prove incremental impact, and collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Data, Product, and Legal to align strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Social / Display / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Advantage+ / ASC, manual campaigns, audience and bidding).
• Creative-led approach to performance; testing at volume.
• Analytical mindset with measurement foundations (Conversions API, server-side tracking).

Responsibilities

• Support Paid Social & Display Execution across Meta and TikTok.
• Scale Performance with an AI-First Mindset; leverage AI for audience, reporting, and automation.
• Run structured experimentation (lift studies, geo tests, holdouts, A/B tests).
• Ensure accurate measurement: pixels, Conversions API, server-side tracking; work with Data/Analytics.
