Job summary

Unobravo is seeking a mid-level Paid Social Specialist to own day-to-day management and performance of our Italy channel, reporting to the Paid Social Manager. Based in Milan, you’ll drive Meta/TikTok campaigns, implement AI-driven optimizations, run experiments, and collaborate with Creative, Data, Product, and Legal to align messaging with business priorities.

Requirements include 4+ years in paid social/performance marketing, deep Meta Ads expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Social / Display / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads with budget handling and scaling.
• Creative-led approach to performance testing at volume.
• Analytical mindset with measurement and reporting fundamentals.
• Experience optimizing beyond CPL using CAC and LTV:CAC.
• Structured experimentation including A/B and geo tests.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• High ownership and fast execution in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support Paid Social & Display Execution across Meta and TikTok with efficient CAC.
• Scale performance using an AI-first mindset and automation.
• Build and execute an experimentation roadmap for growth.
• Ensure measurement accuracy, tracking health, and attribution.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data, Product, Legal, and Clinical teams.
• Translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.
