Making Science is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Padua. You will own end-to-end social strategy for clients, merging creative storytelling with data analysis to drive growth and engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in social media management, strong Italian and good English, and deep knowledge of the Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business. Local hybrid/remote arrangements available.

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and good English level.
• Expert knowledge of Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong copywriting and direction for designers/videographers.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute comprehensive 360 social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver in-depth monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Lead the brand voice in digital spaces and manage reputation.
• Identify trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities for clients.
