Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in Italy to drive revenue growth by turning advertiser needs into effective platform solutions and measurable campaigns. You will collaborate with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Product teams to translate complex metrics into compelling ROI narratives for top agencies and brands across Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
• Demonstrated experience with full-funnel digital marketing and measurement.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
• Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge of tracking, attribution, measurement, and catalog management.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Fluent in Italian and English with high written and oral proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships to drive long-term growth.
• Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel strategy and own execution, including planning, reporting, and optimization.
• Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: educate partners on TikTok solutions and best practices, driving adoption.
• Strategic Insights & Data Analysis: deliver actionable insights through QBRs and executive updates.
• XFN Collaboration: work with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance.
