Job summary

Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Senior Social Campaign Manager to own paid social campaigns for international clients, primarily Meta Ads, with potential expansion to TikTok and Snapchat. This fully remote role offers autonomy, exposure to major brands, and a performance-driven culture.

You will manage budgets, analyze ROAS, collaborate with analytics, creative, CRM and tracking teams, and report results to clients across US/UK time zones.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years hands-on paid social advertising experience, especially Meta Ads
• Ability to launch, optimize and scale campaigns with large budgets
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and related metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data
• Proficient in Google Analytics to assess ad effectiveness and optimize decisions
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) for client communication

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and Facebook Ads
• Budget ownership and optimization to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Monitor and report key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and revenue
• Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM and analytics teams
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for clients
• Communicate insights and recommended actions clearly to international clients
• Experiment with new audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies for growth
• Be the primary paid social expert within client teams and own results
