Job summary

Unobravo International is seeking a mid-level Paid Social marketer to own day-to-day channel management for Italy. You’ll lead campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Meta and TikTok under the Paid Social Manager, with autonomy and accountability.

You’ll apply an AI-first mindset, run structured experiments, and work with Creative, Data, and Product teams to scale growth while protecting quality and brand in a health-adjacent vertical.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Social / Display / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads with scale and budget management.
• Analytical mindset with strong measurement and reporting skills.
• Structured experimentation approach (A/B tests, geo tests, lifts).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Data and Product teams.
• High ownership, proactive and able to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support Paid Social & Display execution across Meta and TikTok for Italy.
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Scale performance with an AI-first mindset and automation.
• Design and run an experimentation roadmap to measure true growth.
• Ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and attribution.
