Antal International in Italy is seeking a senior Business Development Director to lead the Italy expansion of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform. You will build the market from the ground up, forge strategic partnerships with top media agencies and brands, and report directly to the leadership team.

This role rewards entrepreneurial thinking, autonomy and the opportunity to craft the playbook, shape strategy, grow revenue, and eventually build and lead a local commercial team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the media agency ecosystem and decision-maker networks.
• Proven track record in strategic client relationships and growth.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and commercial decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a market and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development — build and manage your own commercial pipeline from identification to closing.
• Strategic Partnerships — establish and grow relationships with media agencies and brands.
• Account Ownership — act as the primary commercial contact for clients and expand partnerships.
• Client Success — own the full lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth.
• Market & Product Insight — feed client feedback to leadership and product teams.
• Strategic Partner to Leadership — work with senior leadership on strategy and growth for Italy.
• Team Building — hire, develop and lead your local commercial team.
