Job summary

Jobgether SRL, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Italy. You will own acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and tie advertising to revenue and profitability for DTC/eCommerce brands.

You will run testing, budgeting, forecasting, and attribution, translating data into actionable recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing and scaling campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok ads.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and profitability.
• In-house or brand-side DTC/eCommerce experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Monitor budgets, make data-driven investment decisions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margins and payback periods to improve profitability.
• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative and growth teams to improve the customer journey.
