ING Italia is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to define and execute our digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels. You will join a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists to scale our marketing engine quickly and sustainably.

You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving quick wins while building a solid foundation for long-term growth across paid search, social and programmatic campaigns in a hybrid Milan-based role.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in paid media or related role.
• Decision-making under pressure.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics or Engineering.
• Proficient English language.
• Experience with main performance channels incl. Search Console.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium CDP, Adjust.

Aufgaben

• Own hands-on execution of paid performance strategy across all channels.
• Own performance reporting and forecasting with budget pacing and ROI targets.
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap to improve efficiency.
• Ensure tracking/measurement infrastructure is implemented across campaigns.
• Act as technical challenger to agency partners for smarter delivery.
• Collaborate with SEO, content and CRO to align growth agenda.
• Work with product, sales and brand stakeholders to drive impact.
