Moncler seeks an Outlet Store Manager to lead the Leccio The Mall outlet, driving exceptional commercial performance and a high-quality customer experience. The role requires coaching the team, maintaining premium visual standards, and promoting brand history and product features.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of retail leadership in fashion or luxury, fluent Italian, and professional English. Knowledge of MS Office and POS/inventory systems is preferred.

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in fashion, luxury, or retail.
• Outlet experience is a plus.
• Fluent Italian; professional proficiency in English.
• Digital mindset with MS Office and familiarity with payment and inventory systems.
