Moncler in Milan's Galleria store seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead operational support and processes, ensuring efficient execution, sales support, asset management, and policy compliance.

Bring strong inventory control, team leadership, and a digital mindset with fluency in Italian and English. International experience is a plus for enhancing client experience in a luxury environment.

Competenze

• Managerial experience in luxury/retail, international experience is a plus.
• Degree in retail management or related field is appreciated.
• Strong inventory management expertise.
• Leadership, recruitment and talent development capabilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and payment/inventory systems.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional after-sales service by handling returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes for efficient workflows.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management.
• Manage Back of House by coordinating shipments, stock management, and a safe workplace.
• Organize team efforts and clearly assign responsibilities to meet objectives.
• Ensure all equipment and IT tools essential to boutique performance are functioning.
