Prada Group in Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Outlet channel, acting as the deputy to the Store Manager and leading the team on the sales floor to drive commercial performance.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Client experience, coaching staff, analyzing business results and ensuring stock and store operations are aligned with corporate guidelines. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury retail.

Competenze

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
• Experience in monitoring key retail KPIs is needed.
• Knowledge of stock management and store operations is important.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, coaching for high performance.
• Analyze daily and weekly results and translate them into actions.
• Ensure excellent client service and product knowledge across the outlet.
• Oversee stock levels, replenishment and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with other functions to drive local market opportunities.
