Moncler in Milano Galleria is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient store performance. You will lead the team, manage assets, and uphold procedures to drive excellence.

The role requires managerial experience in luxury retail, a degree in retail management or related field, strong inventory skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Compensation includes a €47,000–€57,000 gross yearly salary plus incentives.

Competenze

• Experience in a managerial role within luxury/retail environments preferred.
• Strong inventory management capabilities and process improvement mindset.
• Fluent in the local language (Italian) and English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee all operational support activities and processes for the store.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed objectives and support sales performance.
• Manage and maintain store assets and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service and manage returns and complaints with empathy.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking and supply management.
• Coordinate Back of House: shipments, stock management, and workspace upkeep.
• Organize team efforts and assign responsibilities to achieve objectives.
