Moncler is seeking a Store Operations Manager for its Milan Galleria flagship to oversee all operational support and processes, ensuring efficient, timely execution and supporting the sales team to maximize store performance.

You will lead the team, manage stock, implement KPI tracking, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a safe, organized Back of House. Fluent Italian and English required; MS Office proficiency a must.

Competenze

• Experience in a managerial role in luxury or retail; international experience is a plus.
• Degree or specialization in retail management, financial operations, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Strong expertise in inventory management and KPI tracking.
• Fluent in the local language and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Deliver after-sales service by handling returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy to foster loyalty.
• Define and monitor KPIs to optimize results and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and supply management.
• Manage Back of House including shipments, stock, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Coordinate team efforts with clear responsibilities to meet objectives.
• Ensure equipment and IT tools needed for boutique performance are functioning.
