Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers throughout the sales cycle, helping to progress opportunities from qualification through to quotation and order completion.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, renewals, and commercial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring customer, opportunity, and sales information is accurate and up to date.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers when Account Managers are unavailable, responding to enquiries and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with contract administration, sales documentation, and procurement-related activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer requirements.
