STMicroelectronics is seeking a Customer Service professional to join the EMEA Integrated Business Management and Sales Operations team in Lombardy. You will manage orders from entry to delivery, act as the main contact for customers, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 1–2 years in Customer Service or Order Management, strong Excel skills, excellent English, and a collaborative,

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 1–2 years experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
