Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced Senior MU Project Manager to expertly guide projects from inception to customer acceptance, ensuring on‑time delivery to specification and upholding Dematic's quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing risk, procurement, and contract activities while traveling nationally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, automation engineering or business administration with a logistics specialization.
• Strong cost, time and quality awareness with project experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics is desirable and travel is expected (approx. 30%).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate across functional levels and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Contract management including change and claims management.
• Scheduling and control of project activities and resources.
• Control of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts.
• Risk management and regular project status reporting.
• Coordinate specification and procurement with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes and policies.
