Huawei Italy offers a 6-month Graduate Internship designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work on Optical Fiber Transmission (WDM) technologies, gain hands-on experience, and transition directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.

The program provides dedicated mentorship, structured training, and exposure to industry-leading projects, with a monthly salary of €1.000 gross.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field with graduation date around the internship start date.
• Strong foundational knowledge of network architecture and mobile domain technologies.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and implement B2B delivery solutions for Optical Fiber (WDM) domain products.
• Install, configure, commission, and integrate telecommunications equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize network configurations for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve technical issues and support project rollouts.
