Huawei Italy is offering a 6-month Graduate Internship to develop next‑gen Carrier Network solutions, spanning Wireless (5G/RAN), Core Networks, Optical Transport, and IP/Routing. You will gain hands‑on experience and be transitioned into a full‑time role upon successful completion.

Fresh graduates or current students in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with Italian fluency and English working proficiency, are invited to apply.

Competenze

• Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.
• Technical & Sales Passion: Strong foundational interest in end-to‑end carrier network architecture (5G/4G, IP Routing/MPLS, Optical WDM, 5G Core), enterprise presales, and technical consulting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.
• Languages: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify telecom operator trends, evaluate carrier network pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for holistic end-to‑end Carrier Network solutions.
• Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, tailor, and present comprehensive carrier-grade proposals integrating wireless access, IP transport, optical transmission, and cloud‑native core systems.
• Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing and delivering technical demonstrations, product presentations, and solution roadmaps for large‑scale telecom operators and service provider clients.
• Presales & Project Support: Support senior Solution Sales Engineers with technical documentation, network topology planning, capacity sizing, and tender (RFP/RFQ) responses to drive commercial targets and technology adoption.
