Huawei Italy's Graduate Program invites fresh graduates and current students in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Computer Science to join a 6-month internship in Milan.

You will work with optical fiber transmission (WDM) experts, gain hands-on experience, and have a direct offer for a full-time role on successful completion.

Monthly gross salary is €1,000; path to full-time and dedicated mentorship are provided to develop ICT leadership.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate or student enrolled in a technical degree.
• Strong foundation in network architecture and mobile domain technologies.
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Must have work authorization to live and work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and implement B2B delivery solutions for Optical Fiber (WDM) domain products.
• Install, configure, commission, and integrate high-performance telecommunications equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fine-tune network configurations for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve technical issues and support project rollouts.
