Huawei Italy offers a Graduate Program for a Junior Network O&M Engineer in Rome on a 6-month internship with a direct offer for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Role involves managing B2B network solutions across IP and FTTx, with mentorship, hands-on projects, and structured training. Monthly salary is €1,000 gross plus €8/day meal vouchers. On-site, 5 days a week (09:00–18:00).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student in a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and software tools.
• Knowledge of IP or FTTx network infrastructures is a strong plus.
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Work authorization to live and work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• O&M technical responsibility for B2B network solutions across IP (Datacom) and Fixed Access (FTTx).
• Troubleshooting, software PQR/rollouts, and data optimization to meet SLA and boost performance.
• Diagnose network issues and deliver efficient solutions for continuous operations.
• Provide technical support to customers and coordinate project rollouts with the team.
