Job summary

Huawei Europe in Milan offers a 6-month Graduate Internship for a Junior Network Solution Sales Engineer. You will work on end‑to‑end carrier network projects, gain hands‑on experience in 5G/RAN, Optical Transport, and IP/Routing, and engage with customers.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or students in technical fields, fluent in Italian and English, and eligible to work in Italy. Compensation is €1,000 gross per month plus €8/day meal vouchers, with a path to a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student in a technical field.
• Interest in 5G/4G, IP/MPLS routing, Optical WDM, or Cloud Core networks.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability and teamwork.
• Fluent in Italian and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Telecom Market Intelligence: analyze market trends and growth opportunities for carrier-grade solutions.
• End-to-End Solution Design: work with teams to propose Wireless/Optical/IP routing solutions.
• Client Engagement & Demos: assist with technical demos, POCs and roadmaps.
• Presales & RFP Strategy: support topology planning and bid responses.
