Huawei Italy invites graduates and students to join its Graduate Program as a Junior Optical Telecommunications Network Engineer (Internship). This 6-month on-site program develops ICT leaders, with hands-on experience in Optical Fiber Transmission (WDM) technologies, and a pathway to full-time employment upon success.

You will work with industry experts, plan and deploy B2B delivery solutions, install telecom equipment, and collaborate with client teams to drive adoption while gaining

Competenze

Fresh graduates or current students in a technical Bachelor's or Master's program.
Strong foundational knowledge of network architecture and mobile domain technologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork in international environments.
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.

Mansioni

Plan, design, and implement B2B delivery solutions for Optical Fiber (WDM) domain products.
Install, configure, commission, and integrate high-performance telecommunications equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fine-tune network configurations for stability and performance.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve technical issues and drive project rollout.
