Huawei Italy, part of Huawei Europe, offers a 6-month Graduate Program to become a Junior Enterprise Network Solution Sales Engineer. You’ll work on Enterprise IP, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, network security, and solution design while transitioning into a full‑time role after completion.

The internship is on‑site in Milan (and Rome), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, with €1,000 gross per month plus €8 daily meal vouchers and a direct offer for a full‑time position upon success.

Competenze

• Fresh Graduate or current student enrolled in a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Must hold valid authorization to work in Italy.
• Interest in enterprise IT/IP network architecture and presales.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and high EI for international teams.

Mansioni

• Market & Needs Analysis: identify enterprise digital transformation trends and opportunities.
• Solution Architecture & Design: design and tailor enterprise proposals including Campus/Data Center Networking and security.
• Client Engagement & Demos: assist in technical demonstrations and solution roadmaps for clients.
• Presales & Project Support: assist with BOMs, topology, and RFP/RFQ responses.
