Huawei Italy offers a 6-month Graduate Program for a Junior IP Telecommunications Network Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern) in Rome. You will work with Datacom (IP) technologies, gain hands-on experience, and have a direct offer for a full-time permanent role upon successful completion.

The program provides mentorship, real‑world projects, and structured training while you grow technical and professional skills in a multinational team.

Competenze

• Fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Strong foundational knowledge of network architecture and fixed/mobile domain technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, adaptability and teamwork in international settings.
• Fluent Italian (written/spoken) and professional English.
• Must be eligible to live and work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and implement B2B Datacom (IP) delivery solutions.
• Install, configure, commission, and integrate high‑performance telecom equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize network configurations for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to support project rollouts and technology adoption.
