The World Food Programme invites applications for an Internship in the Management Services Division (MSD) at the UN System Booking Hub in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on customer support, data analysis, training, and stakeholder engagement to enable efficient shared services for UN operations.

Eligible students or recent graduates in Management or International Relations will gain hands-on experience in service delivery, communications, and reporting within a leading humanitarian organization.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme in Management, International relations or related area.
• Completed at least two years of the programme or recent graduate within six months before application.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C level).
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and data handling skills; ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of UN System Booking Hub services and assist field network users.
• Provide customer care and operational support; assist in trainings and user guidance.
• Contribute to communication and outreach activities related to UN System Booking Hub.
• Assist in rollout and adoption of services; engage with stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare data-driven reports, presentations and materials for workstreams.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with field colleagues and other stakeholders.
