The World Food Programme is offering an internship in the Programme Knowledge and Information Management Programme Division in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on supporting the Programme Guidance Manual platform, coordinating content formatting, and assisting communications activities.

The internship provides training, exposure to knowledge management, and the chance to contribute to webinars and intranet initiatives while gaining practical project management experience.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme or a recent graduate.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Working knowledge of another official UN language (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese) is an asset.

Mansioni

• Provide support for the Programme Guidance Manual Platform, including transfer and upload of programmatic materials.
• Coordinate with PRG colleagues to ensure content is correctly formatted and labelled using corporate taxonomy.
• Support communications activities related to the PGM and related platforms.
• Assist in drafting sections and incorporating feedback for job aid guidance in the PGM.
• Help plan and deliver the PRG webinar series, with outreach support and meeting notes.
• Secretariat tasks: coordinate meetings and create notes for the record.
• Contribute to internal communications: intranet content, digital communities, and visual assets.
