World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome offers an internship within the UN System Booking Hub to support the Management Services Division's mission by delivering essential operational services, including accommodation, mobility and facilities management to UN organizations and humanitarian partners.

The role focuses on customer-oriented support, training delivery, and digital tools rollout, with data analysis and reporting tasks and coordination with field teams in a dynamic humanitarian setting.

Competenze

• Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in Management, International Relations, or related field; or recent graduate within six months.
• English proficiency required; knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer-oriented skills; MS Office and digital tools familiarity.
