WFP - World Food Programme in Rome, Italy invites applications for an Internship in Programme Knowledge and Information Management. The role supports the PRG Division’s knowledge platforms, content management, and communications activities, with a focus on knowledge sharing and programme guidance.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with strong English skills and an interest in humanitarian programming.

Competenze

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Working knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing the Programme Guidance Manual platform and ensure correct formatting and access rights.
• Coordinate content labelling using corporate taxonomy and support PGM-related communications.
• Support development of programme cycle guidance, draft sections, and incorporate feedback from colleagues.
• Assist in planning and delivering the PRG webinar series, including logistics and reporting.
