World Food Programme invites applications for an Internship in the UN System Booking Hub Management Services Division, Rome, Italy. The six‑month assignment supports delivery, customer care, training, and outreach for the Booking Hub services.

The intern contributes to data analysis, reporting, and engagement with field users, under the Head of UN Accommodation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Management/Intl Relations programs (undergrad/grad) or recent grads, with strong English, digital

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme (Bachelor’s) in Management, International relations or related area.
• Or enrolled in a graduate programme (Master) in Management or related area.
• Or recent graduate within six months of application.
• Classes attendance in the last 12 months of enrolment.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C level).
• French, Spanish or Arabic knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer‑oriented approach and good communication skills.
