The World Food Programme invites applications for an Internship with the UN System Booking Hub in Rome, Italy. The role supports delivery of services, customer care, training, and stakeholder engagement across a global network.

This in-person/hybrid internship runs for six months, begins 1 November 2026, and offers a monthly stipend up to US$1,000. Strong English, digital literacy, and teamwork are essential for success.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in Management, International relations or related area from a recognized university; completed at least two years.
• OR Be currently enrolled in a graduate programme in Management, International relations or related area (e.g., Master degree).
• AND Classes attendance in the last 12 months of enrolment in a recognized university.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of UN System Booking Hub services
• Provide customer care and operational support to the field network and service users
• Support the delivery of training sessions, webinars, and user guidance
• Contribute to communication and outreach activities related to UN System Booking Hub services
• Support service implementation and user engagement
• Assist in the rollout and adoption of UN System Booking Hub services
• Support stakeholder engagement and respond to user inquiries
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of user information and guidance materials
• Support data analysis, reporting, and coordination
• Collect and analyze service‑related data and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation when needed
• Contribute to the development of materials required by ongoing workstreams and projects
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with field colleagues and other stakeholders as required
