World Food Programme in Rome, Italy invites applications for a 6-month internship with the Management Services Division, UN System Booking Hub. Under direct supervision, you will support delivery of hub services, provide customer care, train users, and help with outreach.

The internship targets students in Management or International Relations; strong English, MS Office and data-analysis skills are required.

Competenze

• Be enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programme in Management, International relations or related area and have completed at least two years; or be a recent graduate within six months; classes attendance in last 12 months.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required; knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic is an asset.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail.
• Some knowledge of email marketing tools and survey platforms; good digital literacy.

Mansioni

• Provide customer care and operational support to the field network and service users.
• Support training sessions, webinars, and user guidance.
• Contribute to communication and outreach activities for UN System Booking Hub services.
• Assist rollout and adoption of UN System Booking Hub services.
• Support stakeholder engagement and respond to user inquiries.
• Contribute to development and dissemination of user information and guidance materials.
• Collect and analyze service-related data and prepare reports.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with field colleagues and other stakeholders.
