NTT DATA’s Managed Services seeks a Network Engineer to support a major automotive client from the Rome site. You will perform daily onsite service, handle standard changes, troubleshoot locally, and participate in testing and optimization.

The role requires English in an international environment and a proactive, collaborative approach. Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in service delivery, possess networking knowledge, and are comfortable following scripts and documented procedures while

Competenze

• 6–12 months of experience in service delivery.

Mansioni

• Daily onsite service.
• Perform standard changes (AP, Switch, etc.) and handover to Operations.
• Local troubleshooting including configuration.
• Break & Fix support.
• Major Change support.
• Local spare parts management.
• Performance testing support.
• Performance tuning and optimization support.
• Equipment configuration cleaning and hardening support.
• Backup / DR testing support.
• Reporting.
• Escalating unresolved issues to Central NOC.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team working and collaborative approach.
• Eager to learn.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures.
• Confidence in troubleshooting of hardware/software
