NTT DATA's Managed Services team seeks a Network Engineer to support a major automotive client from Modena, ensuring continuous service and meeting SLAs. You will work with a global team on-site, handle incident resolution, and be ready for on-call outside business hours.

This hands-on role blends technical execution with service delivery in an international environment, requiring strong networking knowledge and effective communication with customers.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of experience in service delivery.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Mansioni

• Provide daily on-site service.
• Perform standard changes (AP, switch) and handover to Operations.
• Troubleshoot locally and perform break & fix.
• Support major changes and spare parts management.
• Assist with performance testing and tuning.
• Support backup/DR testing.
• Create reports and escalate unresolved issues to Central NOC.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Collaborate in a global, cross-functional team.
• Follow scripts and documented procedures.
• Maintain readiness for on-call outside business hours.
• Support international client from Modena site.
