Zusammenfassung

IT Global Consulting Srl is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team in Milan. You will provide technical support to users, manage support requests and help keep the company’s infrastructure and applications running efficiently, delivering a customer-focused service.

The role involves coordinating 2nd- and 3rd-level support with IT Managers, handling incidents via the IT Service Portal and supporting local and global IT initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day

Qualifikationen

1–3 years' experience in technical IT support and IT service management
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
Solid knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies (hardware and software)
Strong problem-solving, customer focus and team-working
Experience with ticketing and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)

Aufgaben

Provide timely and effective support for technical services, business applications and support requests to users and external ITC agencies
Provide local technical support and business application assistance to all employees in the market
Ensure incidents and new requests are logged, assigned and monitored via the IT Service Portal
Coordinate second- and third-level support with IT Managers and Service Owners for timely resolutions
Participate in local and global IT initiatives while ensuring day-to-day user support continuity
