TECEZE is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure at the Fiorenzuola d'Arda site. The role covers troubleshooting hardware/software, device configuration, and asset management on-site.

The candidate will handle Level 1/2 EUC and desktop support, Windows OS installations, Microsoft 365, and AD/Azure administration, plus basic networking and endpoint deployment tasks.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Office apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Basic network troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with OS imaging, deployment and software installation.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune or Ivanti for endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, mobiles and peripherals.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and security tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Handle user accounts, passwords and access-related troubleshooting.
• Support Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) and Group Policy basics.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS and VPN.
• Perform device imaging, OS deployment, software installation and patching.
• Support endpoint management platforms such as SCCM/MECM, Intune and Ivanti.
• Provide hands-on support for network/infrastructure teams when needed.
• Assist with server room / network room activities and basic cabling/labeling.
• Coordinate with remote infra, security and application teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain records in the ITSM/ticketing system and follow SLA/ITIL procedures.
