TECEZE in Rome, Italy is seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support for our local IT infrastructure and data center. The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of Windows environments and maintaining server connectivity at the client site.

Ideal candidates will have basic VMware ESXi experience, comfort with data center operations and cabling, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams to resolve issues quickly.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in L2 IT Support and data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi and related technologies.
• Understanding of server infrastructure and data center management.
• Basic knowledge of cable tracking and network/server cabling.
• Ability to work onsite at the client site with good communication.
