TECEZE is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer in Napoli to provide on-site end-user support, desktop troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance. You will configure devices, deploy Windows OS, and support Microsoft 365 applications while coordinating with IT teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities include imaging devices, OS deployment, and asset validation, with a focus on SLA-driven support and ITIL-aligned processes.

Competenze

Experience providing Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and security tools.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Assist with Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra ID) and Group Policy.
Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).
Imaging, OS deployment, software installation, and endpoint configuration.
Utilize ITSM tools and coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution.
