TECEZE seeks an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support at a Modena site. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software, manage Windows OS deployments, and support AD/Azure AD, O365, and endpoint tools.

You will also handle imaging, device configuration, asset validation, and coordinate with infrastructure teams on site deployments and IT projects, ensuring SLA compliance.

Competenze

• Experience providing Level 1/Level 2 onsite EUC and desktop support.
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Office applications expertise.
• Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) and Group Policy knowledge.
• SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti or other endpoint management tools experience.
• OS imaging, deployment, and software installation.
• ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM tools experience.
• Basics of network devices and onsite hardware replacement; cabling and asset validation.

• Provide Level 1/2 onsite EUC and desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and security tools.
• Coordinate with remote teams for device imaging and deployment.
• Maintain incident and asset records in ITSM systems.
• Support server room and network room activities as needed.
• Assist with IT projects such as device refreshes and site deployments.
