AVASO Technology Solutions seeks a Field IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote desktop support in Vitulazio, Italy. The role requires 2+ years of desktop support experience and strong multi-OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) expertise.
You will deploy OS images, configure software, and liaise with the IT team to resolve complex issues. You will use AD, SCCM/MDT, and cloud tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace while following ITIL processes.
Competenze
- 2+ years in desktop support or similar roles.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and group policies.
Mansioni
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Deploy OS, updates, and software packages.
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues.
- Perform system audits and maintain security.
- Provide user training and write technical docs.
- Manage and update support tickets for internal stakeholders.
