Moncler Group in Milan, Italy, seeks a WW Omnichannel Operations Intern for a 6-month, full-time program starting in October. The role involves data analysis, handbook maintenance and coordinating Omnichannel initiatives across stores and regions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree, is fluent in English, and possesses strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER

We are looking for an engaged and passionate WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

In this role you will support the team in the following activities:

• Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data
• Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook
• Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives
• Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions
• Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders
• Helping boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's Degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Curiosity and proactivity
• Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus
